Zach gave me such an informative rundown on the root issues and the assessment was spot-on to my bad [posture] habits. An absolute godsend. I’ve had intermittent (yet semi chronic) neck issues for a couple of years and Zach was so helpful in giving me the proper tools to work that out. I haven’t had much, if any, neck issues since then. And even if I get some flare ups, I feel confident to resolve that with the exercises he’s given me, and it resolves within a week (usually less).

I had been suffering from what I now know to be Gluteal Tendinopathy for over a year prior to meeting Zach. I had been to 3 different physiotherapists without any positive results, and I felt like I was at the end of my rope! The pain and restriction of movement was interfering with my daily life. I was referred here by my trainer after multiple attempts with other chiropractic services had failed to relieve my excruciating neck and shoulder pain. I was not able to do many overhead exercises or even work because my neck would be aggravated and leave me in horrible pain. Finding Dr.Zach was such a relief. He was able to relieve the immediate pain and educated me on how to both stretch and strengthen the muscles in a mindful manner. My trainer then followed his lead and slowly but surely we were able to get to a point where I can now exercise the muscles I had to avoid for so long.
